Global trust, fund administration and corporate services provider, Vistra, has made Jervis Smith country managing director of Vistra Luxembourg, effective 17 September 2019.

Mr Smith will be responsible for leading Vistra’s Luxembourg office and growing the business, together with the Vistra office in The Netherlands, in order to maximise joint opportunities between the two offices, which share a mutual base of clients and culture. Based in Luxembourg, he will report to Vincent Bremmer, regional managing director, Europe, Vistra.
