International law firm Taylor Wessing has added to its international private wealth sector group with the appointment of Damian Bloom and Simon Phelps, who have both joined from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP).
Mr Bloom - who was global co-leader of private client at BCLP - had been at the firm since joining from Macfarlanes in 2005 and was made partner in 2007.
He was named as an eprivateclient 50 Most Influential in 2018, 2019 and 2020 and specialises in UK and international tax and estate planning, with a focus on long term planning for UK and non-UK domiciled individuals.
