Are pensions overlooked in divorce?

On 3 July 2019 the Minister for Women & Equalities, Penny Mordaunt, set out what was described as her vision for gender equality in the UK with the publication of the paper ‘Gender equality at all stages: A roadmap for change’.  This paper focused on every stage in a woman’s life and addressed how to combat inequalities.
