Independent fund and corporate services provider Aztec Group has appointed Virginia Rothwell as its first chief people officer, effective immediately.
In this role she will lead the group’s people agenda, as well as its multi-jurisdictional HR, employee engagement and training teams.
She will sit on both the Aztec Group executive committee and the people committee. Based in the UK, she will regularly travel to all of the group’s offices.
