Two Bath law firms are set to merge their private client practices.

Mowbray Woodwards’ private client arm will join Stone King’s, effective 1 December.

National firm Stone King has offices in Bath, Birmingham, Cambridge, Leeds and London, but its roots are firmly in Bath, having operated in the city for 230 years.

The merger is part of Stone King’s ongoing expansion strategy and should strengthen its private client practices. Both firms’ clients will continue to receive uninterrupted, personal services as the merger takes place and going forward.
