Geoff Kertesz is set to join UK law firm Stewarts as a partner from BDB Pitmans. Mr Kertesz joins James Price, who established the trust and probate litigation department at Stewarts in September 2016.
Mr Kertesz is well known in the market for acting in trust and probate disputes, both domestic and international. He advises on all manner of issues including contested wills, trust disputes, problems administering estates, legacies left to charities, and Inheritance Act claims.
