Accountancy and advisory firm BDO USA is to acquire an additional 175 partners and professionals from Pacific Northwest firm Peterson Sullivan LLP.
The combination of BDO and Peterson Sullivan is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed on 1 November 2019.
