Bedell Cristin has appointed three new partners in its Jersey office.

Richard Le Liard and Jeff O’Boyle have been promoted, while Advocate Sara Johns joins the firm from Ogier, where she worked for 16 years.

Ms Johns is a corporate lawyer who specialises in mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, joint ventures and corporate restructuring. She is also a respected competition lawyer and has advised on a number of merger control applications to the Channel Islands Competition and Regulatory Authorities.
