Bermuda anticipates removal from OECD ‘grey list’

Bermuda expects to be taken off an international taxation ‘grey list’ by October. It has been assured that it is now fully compliant with its requirements.

The finance ministry announced that the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) confirmed at a meeting last month that it now met the requirements of its Forum for Harmful Tax Practices (FHTP).
