Big 4 turn attention to socio-economic diversity

Rising wealth inequalities have been widely reported throughout the pandemic. This has not escaped the notice of some of the country’s largest accountancy firms. Two of the Big 4 have reported socio-economic data and are setting targets to improve their diversity in this area.

Both KPMG and PwC have published their socio-economic pay gap data in recent weeks, acknowledging there is still work to be done in this area.
