A claim for £118.5 million has been lodged against the billionaire owner of fashion retailer Boohoo Mahmud Kamani by an IT contractor who claims to be the third founder behind the online clothing empire.
JMW Solicitors is representing Richard Womack, who has brought a claim against Mr Kamani for breach of an agreement.
