Progeny, which offers financial planning, legal and asset management solutions, has acquired Burnley-based Halo HR.
In line with the firm’s “acquire to hire” strategy, Halo HR’s management team and staff will join the firm. Its founder and managing director Samantha Moxham will take up the newly created role of HR director for Progeny.
