Collas Crill makes string of promotions including three new partners

Offshore law firm Collas Crill has made a number of promotions in the Channel Islands across its fee-earners and business services team.

Laura Perkins, Simon Heggs and Sam Williams have been promoted to partner, and Bonnie McPartland and Tom Cutts-Watson have been made senior associates.

Jersey-based Ms Perkins specialises in wealth planning for high and ultra-high net worth clients, and advises on BVI and Jersey law.

Mr Heggs, based in the firm's Guernsey office, advises clients on a wide range of commercial transactions, including debt finance, public and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, investment funds and corporate insolvency.

Mr Williams works on complex and cross-border commercial litigation and court applications with a focus on contentious trusts, asset recovery, injunctions and corporate disputes. He is also based in Jersey and is a contributor to the STEP Contentious Trusts Forum.
