Deloitte in the UK has promoted 124 people to partner, a 57 percent increase from 2021.
Out of the new promotions, 44 (35 percent) are women, increasing the total number of Deloitte’s women partners to 323 (26 percent).
22 new partners are from ethnic minority backgrounds, equating to 18 percent of the promotions.
