Big Four advisory firm Deloitte aims to grow its UK consulting headcount to 11,000 over the next five years – an increase of approximately 3,500 from its current headcount of 7,500.
This is in addition to the 1,200 new roles created in FY22, with the practice forecasting around 1,500 new roles for the current financial year (1 June 2022 to 31 May 2023).
