Divorce law post Brexit: breaking up is never easy

While there is still no clarity as to the potential impact of Brexit on UK family law, most commentators anticipate a significant upheaval in family law delivery by the justice system post-Brexit. Until the government publishes its legislative programme, it is only possible to make general comments as to the likely shape of the future legal environment.
