Dubai courts enforce judgements issued by English courts on reciprocity

Dubai courts have enforced judgements issued by English courts based on the principle of reciprocity. ADG Legal, a full-service law firm headquartered in Dubai, revealed.

This was noted in a letter from the director of the department of international cooperation of the UAE Ministry of Justice to the director general of Dubai courts.
