Global legal business, DWF, has launched a new work placement scheme for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic individuals who aspire to pursue a career in law.
The programme, called Ethnic Minority Access Scheme, has been developed with talent development platform Aspiring Solicitors to help six individuals from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds gain valuable paid work experience at a global legal business, over a period of one week.
During the placement candidates will undertake live legal work and will be paired with a supervisor and a mentor.
