Global corporate, funds and trust services provider Estera has launched an interactive economic substance client portal and a new client guide.

The portal and guide will be used by clients to help establish how their entities are impacted by the new economic substance regulations.

It contains a set of questions, which should help clients understand the impact of the new legislation, based on their responses.
