EU blacklist forcing competitors to "abide by cumbersome tax and regulatory regimes"

Private wealth lawyer James Quarmby has warned that the European Union is exploring “new and wonderful ways” it can blacklist certain jurisdictions following news that the EU is looking to clampdown on those jurisdictions that do not give the former’s tax authorities access to the latter’s beneficial ownership registers (BORs).
