UK law firm Farrer & Co has appointed barrister Katie Fudakowski as a partner in its safeguarding unit.

Ms Fudakowski, who arrived from Old Square Chambers, is a specialist in employment and safeguarding law. 

Among other things, she has dealt with safeguarding-related litigation including Teaching Regulation Authority prosecutions, the Independent Inquiry into Child Sex Abuse (IICSA), and Special Education Needs and discrimination cases brought before the First Tier Tribunal.
