UK law firm Farrer & Co has announced the death of partner Andrew Bailey.
Mr Bailey, who was 59, had been suffering from a long-term illness and he died at the weekend with his family around him.
Qualifying in 1989, Mr Bailey joined Farrer & Co in 2010 from Addleshaw Goddard as a commercial property partner with a flair for completing large and complex projects. Soon after, he took the lead in the development of the firm’s commercial property practice.
Mr Bailey was a well-known and well-liked figure in the property world and had a close relationship with colleagues across the firm.
