UK legal practice consolidator, Metamorph Group, has purchased QualitySolicitors, a legal network of independent solicitors.

The deal takes the group’s underlying revenue to around £37 million per year, consisting of 11 law firms, and now additionally the QualitySolicitors network.

QualitySolicitors was previously part of Simplify, having been founded in 2009 and is headquartered in St Ives in Cambridgeshire.
