Half of UK divorcees would have opted for no fault divorce

Couples in England will be able to apply for a no fault divorce from tomorrow (06/04/22). The new law allows couples to separate with neither party assigned blame.

New research from family law firm, Fladgate, revealed 51 percent of divorced people in the UK would have opted for a no fault divorce had it been an option at the time of their divorce proceedings.
