High Court allows use of NFTs as court documents

The High Court of England and Wales has granted an order permitting service of court proceedings via the transfer of a token on the blockchain.

The grant was permitted in the case of D’Aloia vs Binance Holdings & Others.

Giambrone & Partners, the law firm acting on for the claimant Fabrizio D’Aloai, instructed Dean Armstrong QC and Racheal Muldoon of The 36 Group to secure the order.
