2019 eprivateclient Top Accountancy Firm HW Fisher & Company has partnered with Compliance on Demand Limited to launch a strategic governance, risk and compliance consultancy.

The deal is a joint venture between HW Fisher and Compliance on Demand managing director Philip Olmer who will both hold 50 percent of the business.

Initially focused on advising the real estate sector, it is envisaged that Compliance on Demand will move to embrace new sectors, including private equity, fund management, corporate and professional support.
