The Asia operation of trust services provider Sentient International Limited has been granted its trust or company services provider (TCSP) license in Hong Kong.

This has been granted to the company having satisfied its ‘fit and proper’ test and statutory customer due diligence and record-keeping requirements as set out in Schedule 2 to Hong Kong's Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing Ordinance.

Earlier this year the company changed its name and undertook a full re-brand to better reflect what the company has become as a business since its inception in 1985, the firm said.
