The Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) has appointed a new director of enforcement.

Kerry Petulla, who has worked at the JFSC for nearly 15 years, will lead the Channel Islands’ regulator’s’ enforcement team, investigating and, where appropriate, taking action against businesses and individuals which do not comply with regulatory and legal requirements. She will also be a member of its executive leadership team.

Ms Petulla first joined the JFSC in June 2007 and has been involved in a number of serious and complex enforcement investigations. She has been acting as director of enforcement since June 2020.
