Jersey regulator launches follow-on consultation on AML exemptions

The Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) has launched a follow-on consultation to align Jersey’s anti-money laundering (AML) and counter terrorist financing (CFT) regime more closely to international standards.

It has asked for feedback based on the proposals it consulted on in December 2021 and the feedback it issued in February this year.

The JFSC last updated its AML and CFT handbooks in June 2021....
