Legal and professional services firm Knights has agreed to acquire Mundays, a Surrey-based law firm.

Established over sixty years ago, Mundays is a full-service independent law firm with a strong corporate, real estate and private client offering.

A total of 34 fee earners will join Knights.

Under the terms of the acquisition, Knights will acquire Mundays from its six existing equity partners on a debt free, cash free basis for a total consideration of £5.3 million, subject to working capital adjustments at the time of completion.
