Latest gender and ethnicity pay gap report from DWF shows fall in gap of two percent firmwide

Global legal business, DWF, has published its Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap Report for 2020, which includes information on its ethnicity pay gap for the first time, in line with set targets on gender and race.

DWF's combined gender pay gap, which includes pay data for all UK employees and partners, has fallen from 39 percent in 2019 to 37 percent in 2020 in mean terms. As a median it has remained at 33 percent.
