Legal tech company Henchman has closed a £6 million Series A funding round designed to support continued company growth and innovation in its platform that automates the search for relevant clauses and definitions when drafting legal contracts.
The round was led by Adjacent VC and Acton Capital and joined by the London-based Conviction VC and several business angels.
