London's super prime property sales rise amid overall slump

2018 saw the highest number of London properties sold for over £20 million (38) since 2014, according to Knight Frank.

However, the firm’s latest super-prime property market insights report showed that overall the number of properties sold in the UK capital for over £10 million fell by 19 percent to 109 in 2018.

During this period, the total value of transactions decreased by a smaller figure of 11 percent, which reflects the uplift in activity in the higher price brackets.
