LPA registration time takes double target time

The Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) is currently taking an average of 82 days to register lasting powers of attorney (LPAs) in England and Wales, over twice the target time of 40 working days.

The delay was revealed in a written parliamentary answer from parliamentary under Minister for Justice Tom Pursglove.
