Major tax hikes "unlikely" in next month's Autumn Budget

With Chancellor Rishi Sunak set to deliver the UK government’s autumn budget statement in a month (27 October), Nigel May, a tax partner at accountancy firm MHA, believes the Chancellor will be reluctant to introduce major tax bombshells as they have already been delivered, but he will still have his "rabbit out of a hat moment".
