The partners of law firm Mishcon de Reya have voted in favour of exploring a premium listing on the London Stock Exchange later in 2021.

An initial public offering (IPO) should allow Mishcon de Reya to "accelerate its expansion in providing legal and advisory services and to invest in high growth potential opportunities contiguous to its current operations", the firm said.

The firm hopes an IPO will allow it to access additional capital to help accelerate its growth.
