Offshore law firm Mourant has appointed Gillian Kennedy-Smith as a partner in its Guernsey international trust & private client advisory practice.

She joins the firm from Mills & Reeve in London where she was a principal associate.

Ms Kennedy-Smith has 14 years' experience, eight years in Guernsey and six years in London working with HNW individuals, trust companies, family offices, accountants and IFAs, advising internationally mobile families on trusts, succession, next generation planning and tax.
