MPs call for changes to prosecution of abusive tax scheme promotors

The All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on anti-corruption & responsible tax has called for an amendment to the Economic Crime Bill regarding the prosecution of promoters and enablers of abusive tax schemes.

The amendment aims to make prosecution simpler and more effective.
