Damon Parker, formerly the head of the litigation practice at boutique law firm Harcus Sinclair, and one of its founding partners, has launched a new litigation firm - Harcus Parker.

Harcus Parker will be a commercial litigation practice which can provide a variety of funding options for potential claimants. It will be able to act for clients on a conditional or contingency fee basis and it will be able to fund disbursements in appropriate cases.
