Darlington-based law firm Latimer Hinks has passed its ownership and management onto its four remaining directors.
This follows the retirement of Anne Elliott and Andrew Way, who have stepped down as directors and as chief executive and managing director respectively. They will continue to work for the firm in a client-facing role.
The four remaining directors, Elizabeth Armstrong, Natalie Palmer, Martin Williamson and Adam Wood, have taken on the business and managerial responsibilities. Between them, they have over 80 years of experience, 58 of which are with the company.
