The number of billionaires living in the UK has risen to more than 100 for the first time, the 2014 Sunday Times Rich List estimates.

The 104 billionaires based in the UK have a combined wealth of more than £301 billion, more than triple the number from a decade ago, according to calculations.

This means the UK has more billionaires per head of population than any other country, with London hosting more billionaires than any other city in the world, at 72.  It outranks New York 43 or Moscow (48).
