An organisation designed to represent the interests of professional deputies and their support staff is being launched in England and Wales.

The Professional Deputies Forum (PDF) is aimed at solicitors and legal executives who act as professional deputies.

Its purpose is to share news, views and best practice, while providing a collective voice to act as a conduit between its members and third parties such as the Office of the Public Guardian, the Ministry of Justice, the Court of Protection and the Law Society.
