PAM Awards postponed as WHO declares Covid-19 a pandemic

The 2020 PAM Awards, one of the annual signature dates in the private client calendar, has been postponed due to the escalating spread of the Covid-19 coronavirus.

The popular annual awards ceremony, which had been due to take place next Thursday, 19 March in London, has been pushed back until later in the year.

At a briefing in Geneva yesterday evening, World Health Organisation (WHO) Director-General, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus declared the Covid-19 as the world’s first coronavirus pandemic.
