The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan is considering introducing amendments to the tax laws. The Draft Law on amendments to the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan is currently being negotiated by the government. However, it is due to be signed by the end of this year and be effective from 1 January 2020.
