Anderson Anderson & Brown (AAB), a Scottish business critical services group has announced a merger with Leeds-based independent accountancy firm Sagars to expand its UK regional presence in line with its growth plans.
The two firms are on track to deliver a combined £40m+ revenue in the current financial year with a clear strategy in place to deliver £70 million group revenue by 2026, fuelled by recent investment from August Equity.
