Stonehage Fleming research finds pandemic has led to increased focus on succession

Over 70 percent of ultra high net worth (UHNW) families have leadership structures in place, according to international family office services provider Stonehage Fleming.

A new report from the firm - Four Pillars of Capital: A time for reflection – found the pandemic has led to an increased focus on succession planning and leadership within very wealthy families.

As a result of the pandemic, 25 percent of respondents said there have been changes in the roles and responsibilities within their family.
