Swiss Finance Minister Karin Keller-Sutter informed the media of government proposals targeted at tackling money laundering, it has been reported.
The proposals include a register of beneficial owners of legal entities and due diligence requirements for risky activities in legal professions.
Switzerland is currently the only European country without such a national register of ownership.
