Two members of Ogier's team in Guernsey have been promoted to senior associate – Charlotte Brown in the corporate team, and Michael Rogers in the dispute resolution team.

Mr Rogers is a dual qualified lawyer, admitted in the UK and South Africa. He advises fund managers, leading financial institutions, insolvency practitioners and ultra-high net worth individuals in a diverse range of complex, high value disputes which are often multi-jurisdictional in nature.
