UK accountancy firm Wilson Wright has acquired the tax business of Fleet Street-based C Hoare & Co, the UK's oldest private bank.

As part of the acquisition, C Hoare & Co’s four-strong team of tax professionals will join Wilson Wright’s private client tax team.
