The number of new tech companies incorporated in the UK jumped 62 per cent in 2021, according to new analysis by audit, tax and consulting firm RSM UK.
A total of 38,240 tech businesses were incorporated in 2021 according to an analysis of data held by Companies House, up from 23,579 in 2020.
